Favourite walks : Causeway Coast, Ards forest, Horn Head, Rougey. Anywhere with sea or sand.

Most Memorable Walks : Achill Island on my first walking weekend, Benwee loop Co Mayo.

Favourite Walking Holiday destination - When the weather's good Ireland is hard to beat

Places you would like to ramble - Iceland, Croatia

Brand of Boots : My faithful old Brashers have almost given up, so I am breaking in a new pair of Meindls

Accessory never to forget on walks : Wee red rucksack. Big enough to hold the essentials but small enough to avoid overloading

Favourite Music : Neil Diamond.

Food : Fish and / or prawns, Italian, Indian.

Walking Sandwiches : Chicken if I have a choice, but usually whatever I can grab out of the fridge

Drink :Coffee, tea, white wine, G&T

TV : Quiz programs. Coast, Countryfiles.

Reading : About places I would like to visit

Other Interests : Yoga, Ben our Irish Red Setter takes up a lot of time

Embarrassing Rambling Moment : The first time I lead a walk I managed to lose 2 ramblers in Knockmanny
